As the Dis-Chem Group, keeping you and our staff safe is our key priority. In terms of hygiene, stores are deep cleaned on an on-going basis, with sanitizing solutions used in high-touch, high-traffic areas and we’re focusing in particular on our clinics and dispensaries. We also have staff dedicated to cleaning key areas throughout the day, and we’re sending additional supplies for use at tills, for baskets and trollies.

The Dis-Chem Group is dedicated to keeping stores stocked and prices fair. We’re working hard to replenish cleaning supplies, paper products, and other in-demand items as quickly as possible—and at our everyday low prices. We ask that you remain considerate of others, and not take more than you need. We will limit quantities, per customer.

We will continue delivering all your essential items from our store to your door during lockdown!

• Thanks to our staff and suppliers commitment, we are undertaking to keep our shelves (both digital and store) re-stocked. Please continue to check online on a regular basis for all your essentials.

• We are urging you our valued customer to shop wisely and kindly.

• In order to ensure that everyone has a fair chance of buying the essentials we have placed a limit on the order quantities; a maximum of six of the same product, per order, per customer.

• Please be patient with us, as we try to accommodate the high volume of deliveries at this time.

• We have increased the number of stores from which we ship stock, plus the number of staff and working hours to ensure we get your order to you!

• We have increased and prioritised stock reserved for online orders.

• We will do our best to deliver your complete order. However, if an item you have ordered is out of stock will credit you for this item.

• With the new lockdown restrictions, we no longer shall be selling any non-essential products in-store or online.

Keep your immune system healthy by having the flu vaccine!

Dis-Chem’s Clinics are actively working on getting flu vaccines into stock and all clinics should have stock by latest Monday. Our busiest stores are being staffed up so that we can assist as many people as quickly as possible.

All Dis-Chem Clinics with be open tomorrow and the following stores will be open full day on Saturday and Sunday up until the end of May to assist with flu vaccines:
