DELIVERY & COLLECTION

We offer a variety of delivery and collection options. Choose the most convenient and affordable for you. 

  Standard Delivery 
Delivery Cost

- FREE delivery in main metropolitan areas for orders over R600.

- Flat Rate of R35 per delivery for orders under R600.

- Flat Rate R150 per delivery for non-Metropolitan and remote areas.

 Flat Rate of R90 in main metropolitan areas and R110 in non-metropolitan areas. FREE Flat Rate of R35 per delivery. Only available on the DeliverD app.
Delivery Time

We strive to deliver within 3 days from when your order has been successfully placed and paid for. There are a few exceptions. We are reliant on couriers to deliver our orders outside of main centres. 

Please allow for additional time for non-metropolitan and remote areas.

 Take up to 3 business days from the day your parcel is handed over to Pargo. An additional two days apply for delivery to outlying areas. Ready for collection from your selected store the next business day. Within 60-minutes of successfully order placement or as per selected schedule time. 
Delivery Hours

Depending on your delivery location, should a courier partner be delivering your order, the delivery will take place between 07:00 – 17:00 on business days. 

If a store driver or local contracted driver network be delivering your order, delivery will take place during our local store trading hours 7 days a week.

Proof of Identification
 
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link indicating the status of delivery and a one-time pin needed to complete delivery.
  • You (or your representative) must provide a one-time pin associated with your order to our representative to complete your Dis-Chem delivery.
  • We reserve the right to ask for proof of identification at the point of delivery or when shopping in our stores.
