USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Recommended for adults and children 12 years and older:
ake 2 heaped scoops (36 g) of Replace Lite and add gradually to 200 ml of cold water while stirring (mix until powder is dissolved).
Take 1 2 servings daily as a meal or snack. Makes 8 servings.
Consume reconstituted product within 4 hours or within 24 hours when refrigerated. Shake or stir the product before use.
