1. Personalised offers & discounts will be sent to you via SMS, email or WhatsApp.

2. Your personalised offers are automatically loaded to your Dis-Chem Benefit Card, all you need to do is shop the offer in-store and your discount will be applied at the till.

3. To receive personalised offers ensure your Dis-Chem Benefit Card is registered and linked with your personal details and make sure that you are opted in to receive communication from Dis-Chem.

4. Verify & update your information on the following platforms;

c. Download our mobile app

e. Or speak to a customer service consultant in-store.

5. Discounts can only be used once by the registered and selected Benefit card holder.

6. Offers & discounts may be redeemed at any Dis-Chem store within Gauteng, South Africa.

7. Offers & discounts are not redeemable online.

8. Discounts are not transferable nor can they be exchanged for cash.

9. Discounts will be valid prior to the discount end date as indicated on each offer.

10. If the offer requires that you spend a minimum amount in order to qualify for a specific discount, the discount will then only be applied if the total sale value after all product discounts have been applied, meets the minimum threshold required.

11. The Dis-Chem Group reserves the right to withdraw or end  this promotion at any time.

12. In the event of any abuse or fraud being committed by any person in respect of the Benefit Card and/or conduct involving the abuse of personalised offers and discounts, Dis-Chem reserves the right to take appropriate action against the responsible person and all personalised offers and discounts forfeited and the Dis-Chem Benefit Programme Card revoked.

11. Products where regulation prohibits the price to be discounted are excluded from all offers. Examples include:

All products processed at the Dis-Chem Dispensary (Prescription and Over-the-Counter) or Clinic, whether it be cash, medical aid, or medical insurance transactions, will not qualify for or toward these offers. According to the Medicines and Related Substances Act 101 (1965), any item processed through the Dispensary or Clinic is subject to the Single Exit Price (SEP) regulation. The SEP ensures that no person shall supply medicine or products according to a bonus system, rebate system, or any other incentive scheme including sampling of medicines.

13. If the offer requires that you spend a minimum amount to qualify for a specific discount, the discount will only be applied if the total sale value after all product discounts have been applied, meets the minimum threshold required.

14. Each discounted offer is applicable only once per transaction and cannot be stacked with others; the best offer available will be applied.

15. The Dis-Chem Group reserves the right to withdraw or end this promotion at any time.
