Simply present your Dis-Chem Card to the cashier when making a purchase. Your card will be swiped and your rewards will be awarded to your card. Shopping Online, no problem! Register your account and we will automatically link your Dis-Chem Card to your Online account.
To ensure you receive your additional Partner rewards register with your applicable partner and we will link your Benefit card to your partner programme. Partner rewards will be earned on qualifying purchases every time you swipe your card in-store or shop online.

What do I do if I lose my card?
If your card is lost or stolen, simply report it in-store, online, on the app or via our care line. A new card will be issued immediately in-store. A virtual card will be issued for online and app users, to enable you to continue shopping.
