What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

As a result, you only need to remember one email address and one password to access Dis-Chem, Dis-Chem Baby City, Biogen and Living Fit. Once you have logged in, you do not have to repeat the process for every application and website.

Using SSO synchronises passwords and user information, giving you freedom from remembering multiple passwords and making access to different platforms and resources easier.

This authentication system improves network and application security. SSO can uniquely identify a user, ensuring compliance with the most demanding security standards. Information provided by SSO is encrypted and transmitted across the network, lessening the chances of phishing.
Ease of use
SSO improves user experience by avoiding the interruptions caused by password requests to access multiple service providers. You only need to remember and manage one set of credentials to access all Dis-Chem Group websites and apps. Your login details are authenticated once, and the system allows you to access all the resources you’re permitted to use.
Seamlessness
Access to all applications takes place seamlessly due to sign-in automation. The process of signing on and using applications is streamlined and there’s no need to re-enter passwords.
Already have an existing online profile? Follow the steps below to login:
Step 1: Reset your password. This will allow the new system to create your password for the first time across all Dis-Chem Group apps and websites.
Step 2: Go to your emails to get the verification code. You would have received an email from Microsoft on behalf of Dis-Chem (Google or Apple)
* Note: there may be a time delay in receiving the verification email. Please ensure you use the most recent verification code, if you receive more than one.
Step 3: Apply the verification code, click "Verify code".
Step 4: Press Continue if you would like to reset password. If you would like to change your email address, click change email address.
Step 5: Enter your new password and confirm new password. Then press continue.
Don't have an online profile? Follow the steps below to create an account:
Step 1: Click "Create an account".
Step 2: Add your email address. Then click “Send Verification code”.
Step 3: Go to your emails to get the verification code. You would have received an email from Microsoft on behalf of Dis-Chem (Google or Apple)

Step 4: Apply the verification code, click "Verify code".
Step 5: Fill out the rest of the form with your details and click "Create"
Now you’re all set up and ready to log in using SSO. Remember that going forward this set of credentials will be the only ones you use across all Dis-Chem Group apps and websites.
