Specifications

Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily, at least 30 minutes before meals or snacks (preferably breakfast and lunch). If you are training early in the morning, take 2 capsules before your workout and consume a post-workout meal directly after training, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Consumption not recommended after 16h00. Consume for 5 consecutive days and take a 2-day break before continuing again.
