We're proud to announce the return of the Dis-Chem Living Fit Battle, powered by PUMA, a premier fitness competition designed to challenge athletes across five core disciplines. This year's Battle will take place over three days in September at Syringa Park at Avianto Estate in Muldersdrift.
A Competition for All
The event offers a variety of divisions for athletes to compete in, including teams, individuals, and mixed pairs. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or just starting out, there's a division for you at the Battle.

The Battle challenges athletes in five core fitness pillars: This comprehensive program pushes participants to their limits, testing their overall fitness across a wide range of physical abilities.

In addition to the competition itself, the Dis-Chem Living Fit Battle, powered by Puma, will also feature a Dis-Chem village where people can try or shop a variety of health and wellness brands, including Biogen, NPL, Primal, Lifestyle Foods, USN, Barebells protein bars, Oshee, Futurelife, Youthful Living, MyProtein, and the Living Fit equipment range. Along with some great activations, sampling opportunities and prizes up for grabs, this is set to be an action packed weekend.
