Smoothie Packs
Smoothies are a great on-the-go meal, packed with vitamins and minerals. They are easy to digest and great for stabilising your blood sugar. Most of all they are an amazing way to consume a variety of different fruits or vegetables at one time.

What you will need:

Your ingredients

  1. Choose the liquid – water, coconut water, plant-based milk, oat milk, soya milk, yoghurt, full cream/low fat milk, coconut milk. These can be frozen in ice cube trays and included in your pack or added when you are blending your smoothie.
  2. Choose the leafy greens – kale, spinach, parsley, mint, swiss chard, rocket, lettuce
  3. Choose the fruit and vegetables – banana, apple, berries, mango, paw paw, lemon, orange, peach, guava, pineapple, cauliflower, beetroot, carrot, cooked pumpkin, cooked sweet potato, cucumber, celery.
  4. Choose the fat/protein – flax seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, coconut oil, nut butters, avocado, chia seeds, chopped nuts, yoghurt, coconut cream, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds.
  5. Choose the superfood – maca, raw cacao, shredded coconut, goji berries, spirulina, hemp seeds, chia seeds, leafy greens, flax seeds, raw walnuts, turmeric, ginger, blueberries. Pack all your ingredients into your zip lock bag in the combination you prefer, label with date and smoothie name and freeze.

¼ cup chopped pineapple

¼ mango chopped

½ apple, chopped

¼ cup raspberries

¼ lime, peeled

½ guava

1 mint leaf

1 tbsp coconut flakes

1 banana

1 tbsp raw cacoa

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tbsp cashews

2 tbsp oats

1 handful baby spinach
