Roasted Nut & Chia Seed Bars

 How to make it: 


  • 1 1/2 cups roasted cashews & pecans

  • 1/3 cups chia seeds

  • 1 1/4 cups soaked brown dates in water until soft (blend into date paste)

  • Peanut butter to top Melted chocolate to top Cacao nibs


  1. Roast the nuts, and blend the dates until smooth.
  2. Add the nuts, chia seeds and date paste in to a bowl and mix well.

  3. Pour in to a square tin and spread flat, add runny peanut butter on top and smooth out, top with melted chocolate and cacao nibs and freeze until set.
