These creamy Giraf Chocolate Mint Puddings are the perfect treat for any chocolate lover! The rich, velvety chocolate is complemented by a refreshing hint of mint, creating a dreamy, indulgent dessert that’s both nourishing and satisfying. Made with chia seeds, cocoa powder, and Giraf Macadamia Oat Milk, this pudding is naturally sweetened with banana or dates, making it a delicious yet wholesome option for when you’re craving something sweet.
Ingredients:
       1/3 cup chia seeds
       1/4 cup cocoa powder
       1 banana or 2-3 soft brown dates
       2-3 mint leaves
       Fruit to serve
       Date caramel or chocolate nut butter to serve
Method:
  1. Add the chia seeds, cocoa powder, and Giraf Macadamia Oat Milk to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens. Once thickened, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a blender, and add the banana or dates, mint leaves, and sweetener. You can also add some nut butter or protein powder for extra creaminess.
  3. Serve the pudding with fruit, a drizzle of date caramel or chocolate nut butter, and a few mint leaves for garnish.
