Mother's Day Smoothie Recipe

If you’re looking to get more fruit into your diet, smoothies are a delicious way to drink your way to a healthier diet. Add vegetables and pair your favourite fruits with vegetables you aren’t too keen on to get the most out of your smoothies. This is a great way to get your kids to enjoy their fruits and veggies too.


  • 250ml plain yoghurt
  • 100ml apple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 5 strawberries
  • 30ml honey



Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.


Pour into glasses and garnish with pieces of fruit


Allow to chill in the fridge for at least 40 minutes before serving.
