Green Pea Edamame Pesto Pasta

 How to make it: 


  • 1 packet LSF green pea pasta, cooked according to the packet instructions

  • 1 cup sliced and steamed broccoli

  • 1 cup sliced and steamed Brussels sprouts

  • 1/3 cup thai spiced basil and coriander pesto

  • 1/2 cup steamed edamame beans

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup raw honey

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Sesame seeds and toasted cashews to serve

  • Vegan cream cheese to serve


  1. Cook the pasta until soft or al dente, rinse and drain and then add the pesto and mix through well.

  2. Add the steamed vegetables in to a baking tray and dress with sesame oil, soy sauce and the honey. Add a few sprinkle of sesame seeds and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until golden.

  3. Add boiling water to the edamame and let it steam, drain and combine the pasta ingredients.

  4. Add the roasted vegetables with the juices, edamame, and toasted sesame seeds and cashews.

  5. Enjoy!
