Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Cookies and cream is a classic ice cream flavour for a reason, and now it’s easier than ever for you to whip up a batch of your own!

400ml Lifestyle Food Coconut Cream

  1. Blend the coconut cream with the soaked cashews, liquid sweetener, vanilla and salt.
 

 

1 cup soaked Lifestyle Food Cashews

  1. Pour into a small ice cube tray and place in the fridge to set for about two hours or so.
 

 

1/4 cup Lifestyle Food Coconut Oil

  1. Place the frozen ice cubes in a high-speed blender with a bit more coconut milk or cream and the lifestyle foods chocolate sandwich cookies.
 

 

⅓  liquid sweetener of choice

  1. Blend until smooth, scoop onto the ice cream cones, add extra cookies and serve.
 

 

1 tsp vanilla extract

   

 

1 packet Lifestyle Food Gluten-free Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
